Joanna Davies

Joanna proudly served in the Royal Canadian Navy for 30 years as a Naval Warfare Officer. While in uniform, she earned an MBA and became a certified Project Management Professional. Following her career in the military, Joanna held senior positions at several prominent companies in the Canadian Defence Industry, including QinetiQ Canada, Ultra Maritime Systems, Babcock Canada, and Federal Fleet Services. Her extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, both in and out of uniform, served to forge her expertise. She possesses a thorough organizational and procedural understanding of the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, well-established through her background in operations, contracting and procurement, project management, business development, strategy development, and Lessons Learned and applications of best practices.
